End-User License Agreement (EULA) for BalanGo

Effective Date: 01/01/2024

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and BalanGo (“Company”) regarding your use of the BalanGo platform, which allows users to list and discover products, services, jobs, and events.

By accessing or using the BalanGo platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the platform.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the BalanGo platform for its intended purpose, subject to compliance with this Agreement.

2. User Responsibilities

As a User of the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or listing content.
• Refrain from posting or transmitting objectionable content, including but not limited to:
• Hate speech, harassment, or abusive behavior.
• Content that promotes violence or illegal activities.
• Misleading or fraudulent information.
• Explicit or sexually inappropriate material.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in activities that disrupt or harm the platform, its users, or the Company.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the platform’s features or outcomes.
• Circumventing security measures or accessing restricted areas of the platform.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may post content such as product listings, service offers, job posts, and events. By posting content, you agree that:

• You retain ownership of your content but grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for platform operations.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post and its compliance with this Agreement.
• The Company reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or is deemed objectionable.
• The Company has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Violations may result in content removal and/or account suspension or termination.

5. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate this Agreement or engage in harmful activities. Upon termination, your license to use the platform will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content.
• Inability to access or use the platform.
• Third-party actions or content.

7. Changes to this Agreement

The Company may update this Agreement from time to time. If significant changes are made, users will be notified via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
